These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Free Resume Builder at freeresumebuilder.digital (the “Service”), operated by North Form Solutions Ltd. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to make a purchase. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Free Resume Builder lets you create a CV, preview it, optionally tailor it and generate a cover letter using AI, and download it as a PDF. Building a CV is free. Downloading a PDF and certain features may require payment.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Digital downloads. A CV download is digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing and downloading, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the normal 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the download has begun.
Subscriptions. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account; you will keep access until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew after that. We do not generally provide refunds for partial periods.
If something is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — contact us and we’ll put it right.
Our AI features produce suggestions based on the information you provide. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies and should always be reviewed and edited by you before use. We do not guarantee that using the Service, or any AI feature, will result in interviews, job offers or any particular applicant-tracking-system (ATS) score. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your CV.
You agree not to:
You own the content you enter into your CV. We own the Service itself, including its design, templates, code and branding. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the Service and to use the CVs you create for your own job-seeking purposes.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for any loss of earnings, employment opportunities, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
